TEILG ACADEMY (pronounced TELL-IG), is a throws club. Offering training in shot put, discus, javelin, and hammer for ages 14-18 from beginner to elite level. The club was started in response to a lack of throwing opportunities for athletes and coaches. Operated by Jeff Klaves and Shannon Ennis, the club looks to teach coaches and athletes alike, how to take their throwing to the next level. Based on a teaching philosophy, athletes and coaches learn the skills needed to continue to develop their throwing. The club offers throwing training and teaching in clinics, camp, and summer track club.

We are pleased to announce that this summer Jeff and Shannon will be working with Campbell University at their 2020 Track and Field summer camp sessions. Campbell will be offering a full service camp with all events except distance.

Training only- For those who are looking to get summer training in, we will offer a training only option. This will allow campers to join us for our training sessions 3x a week for 2 hours a session. We will host these starting June 3rd and go until August 4th. Athletes will have the opportunity to sign up for training in one month blocks. You can choose June, July, or sign up for both. Cost is $300/month
Club Membership – For those looking to experience club track, we are offering a membership for summer track. Your summer membership will include training 3x a week for 2 hours, your uniform and shirt, AAU and USATF Membership, reduced camp cost, etc.).
Camp – If you are interested in trying or continuing developing the shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin, but are not available for the whole summer, take a look at joining us for camp. These four day camps are teaching camps that offer athletes the opportunity to learn the drills, skills, and techniques to take back with them to train. We video tape during camp and your athlete will receive a comprehensive evaluation as well as access to the videos taken at camp.
